The first "bouillon" appeared in the mid-19th century in Paris as a place where working-class locals could recharge with a comforting meal. Bouillons are an institution in Paris and cannot be found elsewhere. Until now! Small but mighty, Le Petit Bouillon stands as a small-scale and modern version of this tradition in Prague.
Our menu changes all the time but is and will always be about French classics. Our dishes are fresh, humble, hearty, made in the pure tradition of Parisian bouillons. Come and taste our Paris style duck breast magret, signature dish of the house, or a bowl of Burgundy snails with a glass of Chablis.
Le Petit Bouillon was created by French entrepreneur Alexis Manach who also happens to be the founder of a couple of renowned companies such as Bezrealitky.cz and Zarpo.com but who now prefers to spend his time melting duck fat in a saucepan because as a great French chef used to say, happiness is in the kitchen.
